Semi-lit is the level above non-lit, which is like one-two lines. Semi-lit, in my opinion, is writing three-nine quality lines. Semi-lit+ is managing quality posts longer then that. Literate is managing very long, high-quality posts. I consider myself semi-lit+. ^^
