So yeah, 'chan' is technically offensive in this case, although I take it as a joke. xD
'san' would be fitting given you don't know my age, and we act on about the same level. The same is true in the reverse, san would be fitting for me to use for you.
Likewise, given that this is relative to the board and you are a co-admin, I could use 'sama' for you. However, I won't. xD
Er, 'kun' or 'san' is fitting for me I think. ^^ I will call you kiwi-san. ^_^
