Not quite finished, but accepting

About two hundred years prior to the start of this RP, humanity began to mutate again, but not as it should of. The change was almost instantaneous, and hit only a small portion of the population, 1 out of 1000 was effected, far less recently. Now, there might be 4-5 in an entire city.
These people are mind-readers, psychics, manipulators, controllers. While their power varies, they are capable of telepathy, telekinesis, and the control of other's minds. The strongest can literally take control of a victim's movements, leaving them completely powerless. As you can imagine, these people were threats beyond comprehension. Should the mind of a person with a finger over a nuclear button be taken, only disaster arises.
So they were killed. Quickly. As soon as they were found. Some countries attempted to use them as a military power, often with only failure as a result. Some found ways to sedate their powers, but usually the side-effects were erratic, often painful, often fatal. So, now, after the first massacre ended, the survivors, or more accurately the grandchildren of the survivors, stay hidden at all costs. The price for bring found out is death. The stakes are high.

You are one of these people, or perhaps a human who has learned one's secret, or maybe one that is ignorant to their existence altogether. Maybe you were a normal human who fell in love with one and paid the price when they were discovered. Either way, this is your life.

Description: The picture isn't the best: Skye has odd features. He's thin, if not skeletal, and gives off a bit of a vulnerable aura. Once one nears him though, that is utterly thrown off. With a mocking or just blankly and unexplainably cheery grin, a stance that is natural for someone who has fought before, and a reckless face that suggests that he couldn't back away if he wanted to, Skye is not as he appears. His eyes are not the kind that one gets lost in, but rather skim over, blankly happy. His face gives away very little about what he's thinking, although a smile almost always fills it. He has a scar across his now blind right eye, as well as one across the back of his neck. For this reason, he wears his hair long for a boy, usually tied back into a inch or two long pony-tail, which generally hide these features. He's not 'attractive', but rather looks like a hyperactive child dressed in simple clothes, usually very light despite the season.
Power Level: 4

Personality: After living on the streets for about six years, Skye turned towards causing pain and chaos; his little one-person rebellion. Skye knows he'll be caught, and therefor killed, soon enough, but it's practically an addiction. He can't stop causing mayhem.

Skye is not as he looks. From afar he appears a happy-go-lucky, light-hearted, and a somewhat weak child. Then the erie, cheery smile sets in. He's grins are usually mocking. While his fingers fly, tapping a desk, throwing a rock, spinning a pen, throwing leaves into the air or some other hyper act of the like, he is plotting, always. Whether for a prank or death, his behavior is the same. He's strategic, but reckless enough that often this matters very little. His temper boils fast, but doesn't show until he explodes. Once that happens anyone near him is dead, while a cheery, resounding laugh echoes from the boy. He never forgives, ever, to him a grudge is eternal. There is only one chance to impress him, if he doesn't like someone, he doesn't like them forever. However, the same is true with friends, he stays loyal, until he begins to doubt them. Then it is cut short very quickly. Before this though, when with people he likes, he's actually cheery, without hidden intents. While he's quite independent, the company of people he doesn't hate or he enjoys bothering is often appreciated. He can be nice enough to people he cares for, and will protect them, but never let's himself stay knowing someone for too long; it's dangerous for them, and more importantly, for him.

Description: Even if Scream should hide away from curious humans he's taking everyone's attention because of the dark look and corpse-like skin. He wears black coats, heavy boots and spiked dog collars. Long, wavy hair is usually worn in ponytail. He sometimes wears make up, making black lines around eyes so he can look like very evil panda. Looks kinda scary, doesn't it?

Personality: Yultarya used to be cheerful, energetic, and very friendly, he was able to start talking with random stranger, without any problems. Now, when some barriers appeared, he became more shy and like closed. He talks less and hide away from people. He tries to look like dangerous, composed and serious person, that scares others. Even so, he still can have fun of simple stuff like single pretty flower he found or tasty cupcake he ate.

History: What happened in the past doesn't matter. The only important thing is "Now".
